Hopevale

DISCOVER THE COLLABORATIVE WORK OF THE 2018 QUT FORGING FASHION CONNECTIONS TEAM AND THE HOPEVALE ARTS & CULTURAL CENTRE.

Artists from the Hopevale Arts & Cultural Centre created a series of artworks which were transformed into beautiful textiles. These textiles were given to Queensland University of Technology (QUT) students for an opportunity to create a collection for the 2018 Commonwealth Games Intertwined festival and the 2018 Cairns Indigenous Arts Festival (CIAF). Read our mission statement or scroll down further to learn more about the project and get to know the all the creatives.
